I Demand Good Service

How do I get good service from a local computer company? I've tried yelling.

Yes, and I'm certain all of the yelling and screaming didn't help much
and upset many. How would you react if someone was yelling at you?

The company is obligated to perform the services you purchase
or to send you on your way at no charge, but they are not obligated
to stand and have someone berate and upset them.

Be courteous and understanding of their schedules and abilities
and allow them to do the work for you. Remember that you
are not the only customer they have or promise work.

If they cannot perform simply request a refund for the labor.
You may be obligated to purchase parts that you have
previously given approval for during the services.
